Michael Dunlop made up for
a miserable week so far by taking the 4 lap Superstock TT
by the scruff of the neck on his ZX10 Kawasaki, posting a 129mph 2nd lap
to win from John Mcguiness and Guy Martin.
It was Dunlop's 2nd TT win but this time in the dry and on a big 1000, Michael's time is surely coming and it can't come quick enough with the weight of Irish hopes on his young shoulders
It was Dunlop again in Supersport race 2 leading brother William by 10 seconds on lap 1 until the red flag came out again when conditions worsened on the 2nd lap.
It wasn't quite soon enough for Keith Amor who slid off for the second time in a week, this time at Union Mills, the right hander nearly catching out Donald, Mcguiness and Guy Martin at the same time.
After a 24hr delay it was Gary Johnson who sprung a surprise debut TT win in his fifth year, leading from start to finish with John Mcguiness 2nd and Guy Martin completing the podium.
Michael Rutter was just 5 seconds short on a £10,000 prize for a first ever 100mph lap in the TT Zero race, his MotoCzysz team mate Mark Millar finished in close formation for 2nd with George Spence some way behind in third.
